A smooth, sweet pistachio cream made by Scyavuru in Ribera, Sicily, with 25% pistachios. Its delicate, nutty flavour makes it a versatile addition to breakfast, baking and desserts.

In Sicilian dialect, “Scyavuru” means aroma, scent and fragrance.

Sugar, PISTACHIOS 25%, vegetable oils (sunflower, soy, rapeseed) and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel), skimmed MILK powder, MILK whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322), natural colourants (E100, E141ii).

Contains PISTACHIOS and MILK. May contain traces of other NUTS (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts).

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Oil separation may occur naturally; stir well before use. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
