Founded in Amsterdam by Katherine Stefannie Ochoa Alava, our boutique is born from a personal mission: to connect the culinary roots of our family and create a beautiful legacy for the future.
The letter "J" represents the absolute heart and engine of this project—it stands for my five children, whose names all begin with this letter. They are my motivation, my strength, and the true foundation of everything we build here.

- From Genoa (Liguria, Italy), we bring the elite artisan traditions of the Mediterranean: the authentic fresh Pesto di Prà made with certified Basilico Genovese DOP, delicate cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, and traditional regional pasta.
