Artisan Classic Tarallini - Senatore Cappelli Heritage Wheat (250 g)

A taste of Puglia's baking tradition. Made by I Contadini in Ugento, Salento, these classic tarallini combine Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina (32.3%), extra virgin olive oil and white wine.

Boiled before being double-baked, they have a golden, crunchy texture with notes of toasted grain, olive oil and white wine. A simple, savoury accompaniment to an Italian aperitivo.

Serving suggestion

Serve with cheeses, mortadella, olives and a glass of wine or beer, or enjoy them on their own as a crunchy snack.
