Artisan Pizzaiola Tarallini - Senatore Cappelli Wheat (250 g)

A savoury taste of Salento. Made by I Contadini in Ugento, Puglia, these pizzaiola tarallini combine Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina (32.3%) with sun-dried tomatoes (5%), Leccina olives, capers, onions and white wine.

Boiled before being double-baked, they have a crunchy texture and a rich, savoury flavour, bringing together toasted grain, tomatoes, olives and capers.

Serving suggestion

Serve with mortadella, cheeses and a glass of wine or beer for an Italian aperitivo, or enjoy them on their own as a savoury snack.
